1. Open collierentertainment.com/app in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up).
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

The Collier icon will show up with your other apps.

1. Open collierentertainment.com/app in Chrome.
2. Tap the three dots menu at the top right.
3. Tap Add to Home screen or Install app, then confirm.

• Turn the volume up, and on iPhone check the ring/silent switch on the side.
• Tap the play button once more. Phones only let sound start after a tap.
• Check that the show or game's own sound or mute button isn't switched off.
• If you have Bluetooth headphones or a speaker connected, the sound may be going there.
• Still quiet? Close the page or app completely and open it again.

Partly. Once you've opened the app with a signal, its main screens and pictures are saved on your phone, so it opens without one. Shows, audiobooks, videos and games still need a connection unless they've been downloaded. In the app, tap Download for offline on a show and it saves on your phone. Downloads are free for everyone.

• Close the page or app all the way, then open it again. It usually updates on the second open.
• On a computer, hold Shift and press the reload button.
• On iPhone: Settings, Safari (on newer iPhones, Settings, Apps, Safari), Advanced, Website Data, search for "collier" and delete it. On Android: Chrome, Settings, Site settings, All sites, collierentertainment.com, Clear and reset.
• If you added the app to your home screen, you can also delete the icon and add it again.

Clearing site data also clears game saves and settings stored on that device.
